Nowgam road in shambles

Srinagar, Mar 4: The residents of Nowgam have complained that the road link between the suburb area and the bypass was in a dilapidated condition.
 The residents said the condition of the road stretch between the Ahli Hadees and Bypass was worst.
 The problem is compounded by the problem of waterlogging.
 “There are so big a potholes that boats can sail there,” the locals said.
 They appealed the District Development Commissioner Budgam to look into the matter and get the road repaired at an earliest.
