Pureweave bags first prize at TexStyles 2010

Srinagar, Mar 4: Pureweave, a Valley-based business concern, has bagged first prize at TexStyles 2010.
 The award which carried a gold medal was given by Bhaskar Chatterjee, Secretary Department of Public Enterprises to Adil Mir, managing Director Pureweave. The award came in recognition for the company’s Best Stand and Product Display, the company in a statement said.
 It said the international buyers all over the world appreciated the stand, design and the products of Kashmir.
 “Pureweave has shown its brand image to the world textile market and has proved the best shawl brand of Kashmir,” it said.
 To mention, Pureweave has succeeded second time in a row to bag this award.
