Tanghdhar residents thank govt, Radio Kashmir
PEERZADA ADIL SYED
Tanghdhar, Mar 5: The residents of this frontier area have thanked the government for mitigating their sufferings and hailed the Radio Kashmir Srinagar for highlighting their problems and requirements.
In a meeting held here, the members of trade union, Bar association and other senior citizens hailed the news and current affairs programme Shahr Been broadcast from the station. They said the Kupwara-Tanghdhar road after getting blocked due to snowfall would be opened in two to three months. “This year the road was thrown open only after 25-days as Radio Kashmir reported and highlighted the issue,” he added.
