CRPF celebrates Women’s day at Tagore Hall

Srinagar, Mar 8: The Special DGP, CRPF, NK Tripathy on Tuesday inaugurated a function  on International Women’s Day at Tagore Hall.
 A CRPF handout said besides the DGP, IPG, CRPF Srinagar, PVK Reddy, RK Yadav and BS Gujral, some 400 women attended the program.
 “On this occasion 117 Bn CRPF announced the establishment of a free training centre for cutting, stitching and tailoring programmes for the girls and women,” the handout added.
 Speaking on the occasion Commandant-117 Bn CRPF, Prabhkar Tripathy said: “The battalion was always ready to organise such type of public friendly programmes.”
