Brilliant success
I want to congratulate Dr. Faisal on his brilliant success in civil service examinations. It is an encouraging sign for the Kashmiri youth who are willing to be in IAS. Topping of a Kashmiri boy in IAS is a sign that the youth in Kashmir don’t lack talent. Only thing needed is exposure and hard work. I congratulate them all. They must work sincerely and honestly and serve their mother Kashmir and its people.
