Water conservation

This refers to the article "Time to wake up" by Foziah Hamid (GK 1 May 2010). The author has rightly referred to different reasons which lead to water scarcity in the Valley. Water wastage is a great sin. I agree with the author that some scientific management for conserving this precious gift should be adopted as soon as possible.
