‘Don’t use Captaf, Captain-50 insecticides’

Srinagar, May 14: Jammu and Kashmir government has asked the Valley farmers not to use insecticide brands: Captaf and Captain-50.
In a statement here today it said the quality tests of these two products have shown them as below standard.
“These insecticides have been found misbranded after test at quality control laboratory at Lalmandi here,” the statement said.
Resultantly the farmers have been advised not to use Captaf of batch No. AN00625 manufactured by Rallis India Limited and Captain-50 of batch No. 216 produced by Jaswant Rasayan Private limited.
