DG National literacy calls on KU VC

Srinagar, 15 May: The Director General National Literacy Mission Authority MHRD, GoI, Sri Jagmohan Singh Raju (IAS) on Saturday called on the Kashmir University, Vice-Chancellor, Prof Riyaz Punjabi at the varsity to discuss modalities in launching a revamped Adult Literacy Campaign Sakshar Bharat in the state.
During the meeting, Prof Punjabi said: “Our University has always been at the forefront in literacy programs held in the state.”He assured DG of full support to all forthcoming literacy campaigns in the state
