Handicrafts employees welcome Keno

Srinagar, May 15: President J&K Handicrafts Employees’ Union and senior trade union leader Fayaz Ahmad Shabnam and his other colleagues Saturday felicitated Meraj-ud-Din Keno on his taking over as Director Handicrafts.
The Union accorded warm welcome to the new director and assured him full cooperation of employees.
The employees on the occasion exuded hope that their problems would be resolved on priority by the new director.
Speaking on the occasion, Shabnum thanked the government especially minister for industries and commerce S S Salathia for posting Keno as director handicrafts.
He also thanked the former director Showkat Ahmad Zargar who, according to him, worked hard for the progress of the department and always demonstrated employee-friendly attitude.
A large number of employees participated at the welcome-cum-farewell function, prominent among them were Ghulam Qadir Hakak, Abdul Khaliq Wani, Merraj-ud-Din Wani, Farooq Ahmad Dar, Ghulam Muhammad Dar, Hsaji Sonaullah, Abdul Aziz Gojri, Sonaullah Wani, Ghulam Muhammad Sheikh, Ghulam Muhammad Sheikh, Ghulam Qadir Bhat, Ghulam Muhamamd Wani and Ali Muhammad Wani.
