Govt to modernize polytechnics,ITIs: Chib

Srinagar May 16: Minister for Youth Services and Sports, R S Chib has said the coalition was taking steps for modernising polytechnics, ITIs and Stadia in the state. Chib inspected Government Middle School at Aru Pahalgam and took stock of the facilities.He inspected Women’s Polytechnic, Seer Hamdan and expressed satisfaction over its functioning. Chib asked the faculty to replace the traditional courses with latest ones, so that students were benefitted.
 He asked the construction agency to expedite the work on hostel and ensure its completion within a fortnight.
