The construction work of the complex has been entrusted to JKPCC. Reviewing the pace of work over the project being constructed in the heart of the city here today Rather said it was unfortunate that the targets had not been achieved despite availability of adequate funds.
Managing Director JKPCC Tahseen Mustafa informed the meeting that Rs. 22 crore have been utilised over the project up to ending April 2010 and 80 per cent of the work have been completed. He said that out of the total cost of Rs. 30.41 crore, Rs. 1.66 crore have been spent for additional modification and Rs. 1.50 crore for construction of alternate approach road to the project.
