Traffic mess on Jawahir Nagar bund

Srinagar, May 1: The residents of Jawahir Nagar and adjoining Mahjoor Nagar have complained of traffic mess on bund snaking between the two areas.
A delegation of the locals said a huge number of school buses remain parked on the bund disrupting the vehicular traffic movement.
“Besides, a local agency sells LPG from the bund furthering the traffic congestion,” the locals said.
They appealed the Superintendent of Police Traffic, Shokat Shah to look into the matter.
