Don't force

This refers to the recent IAS results where a Kashmiri boy Shah Faisal has topped along with four other Kashmiri students who also had qualified for IAS. It is a huge achievement from them and a proud moment for all of us that we have a topper from valley. But we must understand we as parents must not force our children to prepare for IAS as every child is not Shah Faisal. If a Kashmiri boy topped that
never means each and every individual should opt for IAS without knowing what it is and what it means?Every children is different from every other, why not to inspire and motivate him or her in the field they can make a mark on their own.Why cannot we produce great writers, businessmen, doctors, engineers, actors, singers. We must try to harness the talent. Therein lies the excellence.
