Visit historical places to enhance knowledge: DIG PARVAIZ RESHI

Ganderbal, May 19: The Deputy Inspector General of Police (Central Kashmir), H K Lohia today asked the students to enhance their knowledge during their visit to historical places.
 Welcoming a group of 68 students on arrival from tour to the historical places organised by the JK Police, Lohia said such tours provide opportunity to get knowledge about the cultural values of India. The students should take advantage of these tours organised by the police. These students visited Taj Mahal, Red Fort, Ajmer Sharief, Agra, India Gate and other places of historical importance.
 He said police, apart from its professional duties had initiated series of career building programmes for the students.  Earlier, the Superintendent of Police Ganderbal, Mir Imtiyaz Hussain, briefed about the tour and impressed upon the youngsters to work hard.
