COE felicitates IAS topper

Srinagar, May 20: The staff and students of Govt College of Education, MA Road, on Thursday felicitated IAS topper Dr Shah Feasal.
 “The college principal, Dr Parveen Pandit welcomed the guest as the son of the college Alumuni  Mubeena Bano, session 2004-05 in the college auditorium and honoured him by presenting a momento,” a college handout said.
 This was followed by two hour interactive session between Dr Shah Feasal and the students.
 Later, Prof Seema Naz, thanked Dr Shah for having accepted the invite.
