Rekindled hope

This refers to the article titled “Faesal's Feat. Nation's Pride” by Prof Muhammad Aslam wherein he has outlined the past, present and future of the IAS in Kashmir. I completely agree with his views that Kashmiris expected a paradigm shift when many persons made it to IAS in the past. But on ground, Kashmiris didn’t witness any change. Now, the selection of four young Kashmiri boys in the IAS has rekindled a ray of hope that they will serve their nation.
