Kuoni academy starts courses for travel-n-tourism

 Srinagar, May 24: Kuoni Academy, a Zurich-based institute offering training courses in Travel and Tourism industry, is starting admissions at its Srinagar centre soon.
 A senior associate of the academy in a statement said these courses provide a winning edge to candidates enrolling themselves.
 “The courses have been designed keeping in mind the functioning of travel and tourism industry,” it said.
 Kuoni group was founded in 1906 and is headquartered at Zurich, Switzerland. “The group has a worldwide workforce of over 8800 personnel. It fulfils the role of a knowledge institute developing thousands of youngsters professionally to face the rigours of the travel industry with confidence and vigour,” it said. The Academy has 21 centres across India in all major cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai; Cochin, Mangalore, Pune, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Surat, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Kangra and Manli.  “The courses offered at Kuoni Academy are innovative and career oriented. There are postgraduate as well as undergraduate programmes for students from all streams,” it said.
