CDFP to hold programmes on flagship schemes

Srinagar, May 25: Aimed at spreading massive awareness about the central government flagship programmes particularly in rural areas, the Srinagar and Islamabad units of Central Directorate of Field Publicity (CDFP) are organizing a series of pre-campaign awareness camps this week, an official statement here said.
Giving details it said an aware programme on Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) will be organized on May 29 at Rani Bagh while another programme on Rural Development and Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MNREGA) is scheduled on May 31 at Mattan.
Similarly, the Islamabad unit has scheduled awareness camp on National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) at Takiya Behram Shah on May 29 while another camp in Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) would be organized at Breenthi Islamabad.
