Making mockery
This refers to the news titled “Govt makes mockery of higher education.” It is a sorry state of affairs that the government is yet to construct buildings for the colleges sanctioned two years back. How can students develop the overall personality in such a pathetic scenario? The government must identify the land for the colleges and establish them as per the modern-day requirements. Both schools and colleges must be located in neat and clean locations.
