Talking Kashmir

It is good that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has said that they are ready to talk with all groups in JK. But he has further said that the groups must shun violence. But the groups which are being invited to talk are already non-violent. They are protesting only to get rid from the laws like APSPA. They are demanding release of prisoners. If the prime minister put conditions for talks he should also consider the conditions of the groups whom they are going to invite.
