Our servants
This refers to the letter titled "There we call them pen pushers" by JuanitaTracey Naika. The letter was based on facts. In Kashmir we think bureaucrats are like super-powers who control our livelihood, but the truth is they are just our servants and it is their duty is to solve our problems and respect our complaints. In developed countries or accountable states bureaucrats are nothing more then pen pushers, but in corrupt states like ours, bureaucrats control the whole government functioning.
