SDA Demolishes 19 structures

Srinagar, May 5: Srinagar Development Authority along with other enforcement agencies Wednesday demolished “illegal” structures on the Doodh Ganga-Zanpakadal road stretch.
 The demolition drive started at 7 in the morning during which as many as 19 structures including 17 shops and two concrete buildings were razed.
 The drive was conducted under the supervision of Director Land Management along with the demolition squad of Srinagar Municipal Corporation.
 Besides, Police station Batamaloo, Safakadal and Shaheed Gunj actively supported the drive, reports said.
