HCC drivers thrashed

Bandipore, Nov 9: Unidentified persons severely thrashed two drivers working with Hindustan Construction Company here on Tuesday.
According to witnesses, the persons thrashed Khursheed Ahmed Khan and Bilal Ahmed Lone at the construction site.
The duo was hospitalized, they added.
According to HCC officials, these persons forced the officials to stop construction work on the Kishen Ganga project.
Project Manger A L Bini said “we have received complaints from employees and are looking into the matter.”
Dy SP Abdul Rashid said the incident was not of a so serious nature.
