LOCALS COMPLAIN OF RATION DEPOT ‘IRREGULARITIES’

Srinagar, Nov 14: Ahead of Eid-Ul-Azha, the residents of Firdousabad colony near Parimpora Fruit Mandi have accused the local ration depot owner of irregularities in distribution of the food grains and the K-oil.
 A delegation from the area who came to Press Enclave said they were given lesser ration and K-oil than they were entitled to get.
 The residents accused the depot owner of resorting to black-marketing.
 The complainants said they tried to approach the Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution department officials but to no avail.
 They appealed the Director CAPD to look into the matter.
