Pandey reviews dev projects

Srinagar, Nov 22: Commissioner Secretary, Finance, Sudhanshu Pandey who has been nominated “mentor cum guide” for Srinagar on Monday inspected various ongoing developmental works in the City.
 An official handout said Pandey was accompanied by  District Development Commissioner, Srinagar, Mehraj Ahmad Kakroo and other senior officers.
 Pandey inspected the Bemina Haj House and was informed that Rs. 19.38 crore are being spent on the complex, out of which 16.15 crore have been booked so far.
 The Commissioner Secretary also inspected under construction Rs 11.65 crore Shalteng bridge and Rs. 6.8 crore has been incurred on this bridge so far.
 Later, Pandey visited under construction Nursing College cum Girls Hostel, Srinagar.
 Pandey took stock of the under construction District Court Complex, Mominabad, Batmaloo on which Rs. 45 crore are being spent out of which Rs. 29.9 crore have been spent so far, the handout said.
 Pandey also convened a meeting with officers from various departments for removing the hurdles coming in the way of completing development projects.
 The meeting, amongst others, was attended by the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Dr Asgar Samoon and Additional DDC, Srinagar, Sarmad Hafeez.
