SBI opens 52nd branch in Valley

Srinagar, Oct 3: Country’s largest lender, the State Bank of India (SBI) opened a branch at Qaziguund in South Kashmir. This is the bank’s 52nd branch in the Valley.
 A U Tak, Regional Manager SBI inaugurated the branch on Tuesday at a simple but impressive function in presence of a large number of customers and distinguished guests, the bank in a statement said. 
 “A detailed presentation about bank products was made on the occasion,” it said.
 Branch is put on state of the art technology and is equipped with the latest facilities like online banking, INB, ATM, RTGS, NEFT etc, he said. 
 The Regional Manager assured the customers and guests present that all facilities for total financial management shall be available at the branch.
 “It is a sort of one point sale unit of all variants of financial solutions including Deposit/Advance/Life insurance/Non Life insurance/Mutual Fund etc,” he said.
