Tributes paid to Aga Syed Mehdi

Budgam, Nov 3: The 10th martyrdom anniversary of Aga Syed Mehdi was observed with solemnity today where rich tributes were paid to the slain leader by a cross section of society leaders.

 Earlier Qura’an Khawani and Fateh Khawani were organized in the memory of the departed soul.

 The speakers described Agha Syed Mehdi as leading luminary and a messiah of poor whose departure from this world was described as a great loss to the people of the state in general and the people of Budgam in particular.

 The participants vowed to follow the path shown by the departed leader and committed to support the Minister for Animal Husbandry, Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi in his struggle to work for the people’s welfare.
