Eye camp

This refers to the recent story regarding the eye-camp organized by the Health Department at Kupwara recently. Doctors don’t kill patients. Every procedure conducted has its effects for which prior consent is taken from the patients. Of 250 patients, 243 are completely alright for which no credit is given. Some people have developed the complications after the surgery. We must not blame doctors entirely for this.
