Offices get emptied earlier
Srinagar, Sep,30: As rumours of a very strict curfew being imposed in the city the thin attendance that was registered early morning began running thinner in the after noon as most of the employees working in Civil Secretariat, other divisional and district offices here thought it prudent to reach home by earliest possible convenience. By 5pm the secretariat and other offices wore a deserted look as the reports about the Allabad High Court’s verdict on Babri Masjid dispute started pouring in.
