Summary revision of rolls for Panchayat polls announced

Srinagar: With the Panchayat polls in the state due this December, the Chief Electoral Officer in Jammu and Kashmir today announced the schedule for summary revision of the electoral rolls for 2010.
 As per a notification issued by Chief Electoral Officer B R Sharma, the draft rolls will be published on October 18 while claims and objections can be filed from October 19 to November 1.
