Undue benefit
Category system has created crisis among the medical graduates of the state. A person belonging to a certain category gets endless benefits on the basis of his category certificate, right from entrance in medical college till retirement. Ironically, the section of the society or the area to which the person belongs and gets all the benefits rarely get the benefits and the people of such areas and sections are left at the mercy of quacks and chemists. This also creates unrest and other problems in the meritorious students who do not belong to such 'weaker sections' (read privileged section) of the society. If one cannot stop this injustice at least one person should be given the benefit at one level only. A better option would be to do away with this 'caste system' and respect merit.
