Panun Kashmir members meet interlocutor

PRESS TRUST OF INDIA

New Delhi, Oct 22:  Ahead of group of interlocutors’ visit to Srinagar tomorrow, a delegation of Kashmiri Pandits met its member Dileep Padgaonkar here today to apprise him about their concerns, which they said should not be ignored while discussing solutions to the vexed issue.
The members of Panun Kashmir gave a 45-minutes presentation to Padgaonkar, who is part of the three-member team appointed by the Centre to initiate peace process in J&K.
The other two members-- academician Radha Kumar and Central Information Commissioner M M Ansari-- were not present during the meeting.
“We told them that aspirations of displaced Kashmiri Pandits should not be ignored while discussing solutions for the Kashmir problem,” Agni Shekhar, a member of the group said.
Another member Kamal Hak said Padgaonkar patiently heard their point of view and also sought clarifications.
