FCI employees call for filling up vacant posts

Srinagar, Oct 23: The employees of FCI today demanded that vacant posts in the corporation in the Valley be filled up immediately.
At a meeting with BKNK Sang at District Office FCI here, the employees put their demands before the Sang leaders, while stressing the need for the authorities to fill up the posts lying vacant in the Valley since long.
“There are many posts lying vacant in the FCI in the Valley. Non filling of these posts is adversely affecting the work in the corporation,” the employees said in the meeting which was held under the chairmanship of Area Manager, Srinagar.
They informed the meeting that a large portion of the employees here were at the verge of retirement, while most have already retired, which need to be filled up immediately.
