Unity need of the hour: Nayeem Khan
Srinagar, Oct 29: Chairman of National Front Nayeem Ahmad Khan on Friday underscored the need for unity among separatists to take the ongoing struggle to the logical conclusion.
In a statement here Nayeem said, “Pro-freedom leaders should shun their differences and work for the unity among themselves, which is the need of the hour.”
Reiterating its pledge that sacrifices laid by Kashmiri people would not be allowed go waste, he said, “We respect the sacrifices rendered by our people for a just cause.”
Nayeem said, “People shall understand that the gruesome killings, extra judicial murders, random arrest, illegal detentions and custodial disappearances, sexual abuse and exploitation of women are used as a weapon of war besides arson and destruction of the civilian property against Kashmir people by India to break their will.”
He said, “The stepped up acts of state terrorism cannot suppress Kashmiris’ resolve to take the ongoing movement to its logical conclusion.
