K-resolution must for normal Indo-Pak ties: Qureshi
Multan, Oct 30: Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Saturday said that the ties with India could not be normalized without solution of the Kashmir issue. He also called for involvement of Kashmiris in talks to resolve the issue.
“World has accepted the indigenous nature of the struggle in Kashmir,” Qureshi told media persons here today. He called for participation of Kashmiris in talks to seek a permanent solution of the dispute.
Qureshi said the whole world had criticized “human rights violations in Kashmir.”
“We have been able to highlight the Kashmir cause during our meetings with the officials of European Union,” he said.
