BJP for SC Judge-headed panel on Kashmir

Jammu, Oct 3: The state Bharatiya Janata Party today demanded setting up of a Commission headed by a Supreme Court Judge “to enquire into and fix the responsibility” for the current unrest in Kashmir. It also demanded ouster of ruling NC-led coalition charging that the government failed to control the situation and provide security to the life and property of civilians.
Talking to reporters, state party leader, Chaman Lal Gupta alleged that an attempt was made to shift the blame of unrest on Army.
