Jammu, Sept 9: On the eve of Id-ul-Fitr, BSNL J&K Circle has launched a Rs 600 Recharge Voucher scheme offering Rs 786 talk-time with 90 day validity.  The scheme shall remain in force up to September 30, 2010.
