'Jumat-ul-Vida on September 3'

Srinagar, Sept 1: Anjuman-e- Auqaf Jamia Masjid Srinagar has said that coming Friday (September 3) would be observed as Jumat-ul-Vida (last Friday of Ramadan).
In a statement here the spokesman of Anjuman said that Friday prayers at central Jamia Masjid would be offered at 2:30 pm. Prior to the prayers Mirwaiz Umar Farooq would deliver a sermon on the importance and relevance of this day in Islam.
Kashmiris in and around the world would observe this day as Youm-e-Kashmir and Youm-E-Quds, the spokesman said.
