MeA condemns Zaldagar firing

Srinagar, Sept 3: The president of Jammu Kashmir Mahaz-e-Azadi (MeA) Mir Muhammad Iqbal has decried the fresh spate of arrests, detentions and raids on pro-liberation activists and people.

In a statement on Friday, Mir strongly condemned the firing on protestors at Zaldagar Srinagar in which two youth sustained bullet injuries. He has also castigated authorities for repeated crackdowns particularly in Islamabad and Bemina area of Srinagar saying such cheap tactics would break the will and resolve of people of Kashmir.
