Saifullah arrested

Srinagar, Sept 3: Police on Friday evening arrested Hurriyat (G) leader Peer Saifullah in city outskirts in Nowgam area.
He was spearheading “Quit Jammu and Kashmir Movement “along with other separatist leaders including Asiya Indrabi and Massarat Alam during past three months. He had also issued one of the protest calendars himself in the month of July.
Peer is third prominent separatist leader to be arrested by police in past fortnight. Earlier police arrested Asiya Andrabi and Muhammed Shafi Reshi.
