JKB installs ATM at Thatri
Srinagar, Sept 8: The J&K Bank pressed one more ATM into service at Thatri, Doda in Jammu taking total number of the Bank ATMs to 306. This is the 4th machine that has been installed in the Doda district.
Deputy Commissioner, Doda Farooq Ahmed Khan inaugurated the ATM.
Speaking on the occasion, Khan said, “Installing such high-tech and customer-friendly machines in the remotest area like Thatri speaks volumes about the service ethics of J&K Bank.”
He congratulated the bank for meeting the peoples’ demand.
He stressed upon the people to keep a close liaison with the bank to avail all the facilities and products according to their own needs.
Cluster Head (II-Kishtwar), Maqbool Ahmed Lone apprised the people about various schemes of the bank.
Urging the people of area to avail schemes of the bank and other facilities, he said, “All sites belonging to the bank are basically meant to empower people financially”.
It is time to deepen our business engagements so that more financial and banking services are extended to these areas of Jammu, he added.
People hailed role of the bank in extending high-tech facilities besides other banking and financial services to these areas.
