NF condemns Pattan killings
Srinagar, Sept 8: National Front has condemned the killing of four civilians in police firing at Palhalan and Wussan in Pattan area of north Kashmir.
In a statement a NF spokesman termed the police action as “barbaric.” “A conspiracy has been hatched to carryout the genocide of Kashmiris,” he added.
“Ongoing peaceful mass movement will continue till the complete realization of the objective,” the spokesman quoted incarcerated NF chairman Nayeem Ahmad Khan as having said.
Khan paid tributes to the martyrs and expressed solidarity with their families.
“The policy of oppression and suppression is not going to help India prolong its control over J&K,” he added.
