City artist selected for global 101

Srinagar, Mar 31: Prominent artist Arshad Sauleh has been selected among 101 best artists from across the globe during an exhibition held in Chandigarh.
An official spokesman said Sauleh who hails from Alamgari Bazar area of Shahr-e-Khaas was selected by International Drawing and Graphic Prints Exhibition, a book form of which has also been published.
The selected 101 include artists from United Kingdom, Egypt and other countries.
Sauleh, a Bachelors in Fine Arts is known for his feat and a painting of his had been selected by JK Bank for last year’s annual calendar.
