Indian Com Secy, Judicial panel to visit Pak

Islamabad, Apr 14: India's Commerce Secretary and a Judicial Committee on Prisoners will visit Pakistan this month as part of a flurry of meetings between the two sides following the recent resumption of the bilateral peace process.
The Commerce Secretaries of the two countries will meet in Islamabad during April 27-28 under the resumed dialogue process.
The officials will discuss "ways and means for promoting economic and commercial cooperation" between the two sides, Foreign Office spokesperson Tehmina Janjua said.
Indian members of the bilateral Judicial Committee on Prisoners will visit Pakistan during April 19-23 to discuss ways to expedite the release of nationals of both countries being held in each other's jails.
