Aspirants complain of delay in birth certificate issuance
Srinagar, Apr 15: The aspirants for issuance of birth certificates from Srinagar Municipal Corporation have complained that their cases were being “unnecessarily dilly dallied.”
A delegation of complainants told Greater Kashmir that for the past around a week no certificates have been issued by the concerned authorities.
They appealed the SMC Commissioner Sheikh Mushtaq Ahmed to look into the mater at an earliest.
