Ford’s roadside assistance service now available in Jammu

Jammu, Apr 15: Ford India has brought its popular ’24-hour Roadside Assistance Service (RSA)’ to Jammu. The service pioneered by Ford India which is with the addition of Jammu is now available in 37 cities across India will provide customers a hassle-free driving experience in and around their cities, the company in a statement said.
Giving details it said the RSA is a 24-hour pioneered service from Ford India that is designed to provide round the clock assistance to a customer in the occurrence of an emergency.
RSA provides assistance services such as onsite-mechanic services for minor repairs on-site; transportation of car to service centre if required; fuel delivery; jumpstart of batteries; assistance to unlock cars; towing assistance and much more.
The service has been designed to provide Ford customers a comfortable and convenient experience in the case of a flat tyre, breakdown on a lonely stretch, running-out of-fuel, battery drain out or in the case of lost/locked-in keys.
