PWD sub-division gutted in Kargil

Kargil, Apr 18: The Sankoo special sub division of Public Works Department (PWD) was gutted in a devastating fire incident at Suru Valley here, officials said on Monday. 
 They said building housing the accounts division was gutted fully in the fire. “Sabotage cannot be ruled out,” said an official.
  He said the investigations were on to ascertain the cause of fire.
