Dog menace

This refers to the rising menace of dogs in Kashmir. There are two practical ways of dealing with it. First, poison all the dogs. If the state government is unable to do it, let Mohalla committees perform the job. How can we allow dogs to kill our children? If the so-called animal rights activists are in love with these stray dogs, let the state government firmly deal with them.
