EEU thanks Chief Engineer

Srinagar: J&K Electrical Employees’ Union, at a meeting held here on Tuesday with Abdul Salam Rajpuri in chair, thanked the departmental promotion committee (DPC) convenor Munzoor Ahmad Salroo and other members for according promotion to the employees of different cadres.
 In a statement, EEU spokesman thanked the officials working in the chief engineer’s office especially Abdul Rehman, AO, Abdul Majid Qadri, SO, Sheikh Muhammad Maqbool, Muhammad Yousuf Shah, Mushtaq Ahmad Zaroo, Mushtaq Ahmad, Muhammad Ramzan and Muhammad Shafi for their role in convening the DPC meeting.
 “We are in particular thankful to the chief engineer, Manzoor Ahmad Salroo who convened the meeting to encourage the employees who had achieved the target of revenue collection,” he said.
 The Union hoped that the chief engineer would convene DPC meetings after every three months and issue orders for convening these meetings at circle level as soon as possible.
