Court defers hearing in Wamiq Farooq case
Srinagar: A local court here on Thursday deferred the hearing in the Wamiq Farooq murder case till tomorrow as Public Prosecutor was not keeping well. Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bansi Lal Bhat deferred the case for Friday after Public Prosecutor prayed that he was unwell and wanted to add some more statements to his partly recorded arguments.
However, complainant’s counsel, Advocate Aijaz Ahmad Dar prayed that he should be allowed to start his arguments in the case. Considering the submissions of both the sides, Court listed the case on Friday for hearing the arguments of both the sides.
